friends

I was fortunate enough to meet Kelly just this past winter. Looking back I can see the hand of God in that and I'm so thankful for her friendship. Sometimes it freaks me out that we haven't know each other that long and yet there's a bond that I can't imagine not having now.

We clicked instantly.. and I got to go visit her this last spring to shoot a wedding with her. Such a blast. Learned so much about so many things.

So when we were heading to California it made perfect sense to me to stop and see them. We both had hoped that the guys and the kids would just mesh, they had to or what would we do?

No one could've pictured it any better. The kids hit it off within minutes and the guys took barely a few minutes longer. Dan got to help Jerid with windows in their barn, the kids made messes and plans... it was perfect. So much so that we came back thru just to see them.

We all miss them so, and look forward to seeing them soon... however that happens.
